Q • I'm not able to go to the show at the
last minute ... can I get a refund?
A • All sales are final as we currently do
not issue refunds. However, we are working with our
online ticketing agent to implement a refund
system to exchange tickets 48 hours in
advance of a production, but you will have
to wait until mid 2006 for the software
redesign to become active.

Q • I've lost my tickets! Help!
A • We can make replacement tickets for both
single ticket buyers as well as our season
subscribers by confirming your ticketing and
payment history on our online ticketing
system. At your request and our
confirmation, we will have your tickets held
for you at Will-Call. Sorry, but we can't
mail the replacements to you. Simply call
our box office at 949-489-8082.

Q • What's your parking like?
A • Across from the historic mission in San
Juan Capistrano there is plenty of
convenient parking for the Camino Real
Playhouse. Only matinees on the Day of the
Swallow's Parade or the annual Christmas
Tree lighting in the historic town center
park (one block further down our street)
cause any parking dilemmas. Still it is good
to get to the theatre one half hour before a
production to make sure you get the most
convenient parking. Many patrons get to town
even earlier to enjoy shopping in local
stores and to enjoy a wonderful meal in one
of San Juan's many fine restaurants.

Q • What type of wheelchair seating is
available?
A • The Camino Real Playhouse is fully
committed to ensuring a satisfying theater
experience for our patrons with special
needs. Please call our Box Office in advance
so we can make certain all your needs are
met. Seat A1 in main stage theatre is
designated for wheelchair use and we do not
release that seat until just before a
performance when it has not already been
reserved by a special needs patron. We have
a ramp from the sidewalk to our box office
and a hallway right to seat A1.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: For performances in the
Historic Town Center Park ... wheelchair
access is via public walkway and grass with
festival seating. For main stage productions
... wheelchair seating is limited and we
recommend advance reservations by phone to
secure one of the seats we have reserved ...
simply call the box office 949-489-8082 for
even more details.

Q • I'm going to be late for the show. Can I
still go?
A • Late seating is up to the discretion of
house management/production needs, but in
most cases the occasional late arrival is
not a problem as one of our ushers will
attempt to accommodate your seating at the
soonest availability. There may be a short
wait as to not disrupt or distract the
performance or risk your tripping in a
darkened theatre. If you are part of a large
group (10 or more) and are running a few
minutes late ... please call the theatre box
office and we will try to delay the
performance a moment or two (another
advantage of enjoying entertainment in your
local community theatre).

Q • Can I bring my child to the performance?
A • There are no restrictions to bringing a
child to most performances, however we do
ask that you consider the content of the
play, your fellow audience members, as well
of course, as to the actors performing.
Regardless, every individual needs a ticket
to enter ... even lap babies. If you would
like your child to experience the wonders of
theater, the Camino Real Playhouse does
present programs that are geared for the
family every season. If in doubt ... please
call our Box Office for a content advisory
for the specific play. If there are adult
situations, violence, or extreme language in
a production ... we will inform you either
on our website or when you call to inquire.
Still everyone's tastes and level of
sensitivity are different ... so if you have
any questions or doubts ... please call our
box office and leave a message. We will be
glad to call you back to answer any special
concerns you hay have.
Simply
call our box office at 949-489-8082 with
your questions. In our upcoming season ...
an especially good choice for children to
attend is our musical You're a Good Man
Charlie Brown and, of course, our annual old
west style melodrama where your children can
applaud the Hero/Heroine and throw "soft"
foam rocks/bricks at the
scoundrelous
Villain.

Q • Do you
offer gift certificates?
A •
Definitely ... Yes of course we do. You can
purchase one by phone or by coming directly
to the window of our Box office on
performance nights. Gift certificates can be
purchased in two ticket increments for a
nice discount. Gift certificates can be
redeemed by mail or directly in person.
We are currently
working on an easy way to have our patrons
purchase them online ... and when that
happens ... the button to the right of the
screen will be active.

Q • I have
a Question that is not on this list ... any
suggestions?
A •

and leave your question on our service in
between performances ... you could email us
at
box_office@sbcglobal.net
or your could move to the top of the
list by adding yourself to our master email
