Two weeks of classes Monday
through Friday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
concluding with a 2:00 PM Student
Production on Saturday after last class

Instructor/Director
Jayson Diorio
 Actor/Singer/Songwriter/Pianist,
Jayson, has been performing since the age of
ten. He was the four time first place winner
in the New Jersey Teen Arts Festival Finals
at Rutgers University and was the two time
champion in acting during his junior and
senior years. He was cast for two seasons by
Gene Patrick Show Productions in The Bugs
Bunny Wonder Circus, as Bugs Bunny
himself, performing at Six Flags amusement
parks. Jayson attended Loyola
University and received a B.A. degree in
Theatre and Music with a minor in business.
After college Jayson toured the country with
NYC’s S.T.A.R. Theater and landed on
Broadway in Over the Edge and On
The Verge. Jayson composed the original
score for Edward Albee’s The Playmakers
Tour for Florida Studio Theatre and
toured for one year with the company.
Professional credits include The Odd
Couple, Grease, Arsenic and Old Lace,
Deathtrap, Godspell, Welcome to the Moon,
Jesus Christ Superstar, Miss Saigon, Rent
and the nationwide tour of The
Commitments. Jayson has been teaching
and directing youth classes in South Orange
County for several years and has performed
in the last two melodramas at the Camino
Real Playhouse. He, with his talented and
professional staff, are committed to bring
out the best in all students in a fun, safe
and supportive environment.
